We had the pleasure of hosting a private event to celebrate the graduation of a young and talented fellow Sardinian girl in 'Fashion Design & Accessories Womenswear' at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan.
Our congratulations also for the theme: 'Between fashion and folklore, a project to restore the traditional Sardinian embroidery in Canutiglia'. A special evening made even more enjoyable with the dishes created on purpose by our chef, Daniele Amarilli: plate of cheese and focaccia, loin cooked at low temperature with tuna sauce, polenta chips and sweet and sour red onion petals, octopus and potato salad with octopus mayonnaise, risotto with seafood, gnocchi with toma cheese fondue, hazelnut and champignon mushrooms, and fritto misto.
